Shipping Costs

Shipping costs Switzerland: CHF 8.– (Swiss Post Priority)
Free shipping from: CHF 150.– order value

Delivery Times

Stock items (handbags, gym bags): 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

Custom-made items (by request): The delivery time will be communicated individually – usually 1–2 weeks after order confirmation.

Please note: In case of high order volume or individual requests, the delivery time may be extended. We will inform you in good time by e-mail.

Shipping Partner

We ship with Swiss Post. After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number (if available).

Packaging

All bags are carefully packed to protect them during transport.

Undelivered Shipment

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery agent will leave a notification. The goods can then be picked up at the designated location or a new delivery date can be arranged.

Delivery Damage

Should your order arrive damaged, please document the damage immediately with photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt: gerlinde.neff@outlook.com
