Verfügbare Unikate werden in 1 bis 3 Werktagen versendet nach Zahlungseingang. Eine individuelle Anfertigung dauert 2 bis 3 Wochen, anschliessend kommt die Schweizer Versandzeit dazu.

Kann ich eine Tasche zurückgeben?

Ja, innerhalb von 14 Tagen — ausgenommen sind individuelle Anfertigungen. Details findest du in der Rückgaberichtlinie.

Wie pflege ich meine GERLINA-Tasche?

Schonende Handwäsche empfohlen. Keine aggressiven Waschmittel. An der Luft trocknen lassen.

Welche Grössen und Farben gibt es?

Handtaschen in drei Grössen (S, M, L) mit 10 Mesh-Farben innen wie aussen kombinierbar. Turnbeutel in zwei Grössen: Gerlina für Kinder und Day Bag für Erwachsene.

Wird ins Ausland versendet?

Aktuell wird primär in die Schweiz versendet. Für Lieferungen ins Ausland bitte direkt anfragen — wir finden eine Lösung.

Delivery Time

Available unique pieces are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (after receipt of payment). Custom orders take 2 to 3 weeks, followed by Swiss shipping time.

Returns

Yes, you can return your bag within 14 days – custom orders are excluded. You can find details in the Refund Policy.

Care

Gentle hand washing is recommended. Do not use aggressive detergents and let your bag air dry. This will keep the 3D mesh material in shape for a long time.

Sizes and Colors

Handbags are available in three sizes (S, M, L) with ten mesh colors that can be freely combined inside and out.

Gym bags are available in two sizes: "Gerlina" for children and "Day Bag" for adults.
