General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Status: March 2026

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the gerlina.ch online shop. The operator is Gerlinde Neff, Kreuzstrasse 12, 5737 Menziken, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "GERLINA").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. GERLINA confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded when GERLINA expressly accepts the order or dispatches the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory value-added tax (where applicable). Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PayPal. Payment is made in advance upon completion of the order.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland. The delivery time is:
• Stock items: 1–3 working days after receipt of payment.
• Personalized items: approx. 1 week after receipt of payment. For custom-made items, the delivery time may be longer (will be communicated at the time of order).

Shipping costs: CHF 8.– (Swiss Post Priority). Free shipping for orders over CHF 150.–.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Private individuals residing in Switzerland have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with OR Art. 40a et seq. For further details, please refer to our Withdrawal Policy.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods (special productions according to customer specifications).

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Swiss law (OR Art. 197 et seq.) apply. Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. The warranty period is 2 years from the handover of the goods.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of GERLINA until full payment has been received.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Menziken, Canton Aargau, Switzerland.
